Katharine House’s previous website was built on a rigid platform that offered little flexibility, holding back the team’s creativity and making day-to-day management a challenge. While the site carried their branding, it wasn’t truly tailored to their operational needs. The backend system was particularly problematic, with an inflexible template giving the charity no opportunity to design pages to suit to the users’ needs.
